The Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition is one of the most unique SUVs currently available on sale in the Mahindra lineup. Now, if you are someone who has not seen the BE 6 Formula E Edition or has heard about it, then here is a detailed video walkaround of this SUV. Mahindra launched the BE 6 Formula E Edition back in November of last year to commemorate its success in the FIA Formula E Championship, and here’s how it is different from the standard BE 6 electric SUV.
The detailed video walkaround of the Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition has been shared on YouTube by Motor Mitra on their channel. It starts off with the presenter showing the all-new BE 6 Formula E Edition at the dealership display. He highlights that this SUV is offered in two variants, namely the FE2 and FE3. They are priced at Rs 23.69 lakh and Rs 24.49 lakh, respectively.

Following this, he then highlights that both variants are offered with the same 79 kWh battery pack, which offers a range of 653 km. The presenter mentions that the BE 6 Formula E Edition comes powered by the same electric motor which powers the rear wheels and makes 282 bhp and 380 Nm of torque.
Exterior design walkaround

After talking about the pricing, variants, and the battery pack, the host starts showing and highlighting all the unique details of the Mahindra BE 6 Formula E. He mentions that the color of this particular BE 6 Formula E Edition is Tango Red. Next up, he moves to the front fascia of this SUV and highlights that unlike the standard model, it gets unique vertical lines on the bonnet which pass through the air vent.
Next up, he shows the circular LED headlights of the BE 6 Formula E Edition. The standard model gets C-shaped LED and hidden LED headlight units. This new edition also comes with a completely redesigned front bumper, which looks similar to the BE 6 Rall-E concept that was shown a few years ago. The lower portion of the bumper gets a silver skid plate, which gives it a futuristic yet rugged appearance.

Moving to the profile, the vlogger highlights that it gets a Formula E badge on the front fenders, and there are a number of decals on the front and rear doors. Additionally, the FE2 variant of the BE 6 Formula E Edition gets 19-inch alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the FE3 variant seen in the video gets 20-inch aero blade-style alloy wheels. It also gets ORVMs with cameras for the 360-degree camera system.

Finally, the vlogger then shows the rear end of this vehicle and highlights that it gets a set of simple and sleek LED taillights without the connecting light bar in the middle. On top, it gets a double bubble rear spoiler, and in the lower part it gets an aggressive lip spoiler, a redesigned rear bumper, and a silver skid plate. It also gets BE 6 Formula E Edition badging as well.
Interior design

On the inside, Mahindra has kept the fighter jet-style cabin layout the same as the standard model. However, it has added orange details on the rotary knob, key, gear selector, stitching, and door pull tabs. It also gets orange Formula E badges at different places such as the dashboard and the plaque placed next to the gear selector.
Apart from these, the BE 6 Formula E Edition comes loaded with the same 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and the 12.3-inch digital instrument gauge cluster. Additionally, the SUV also gets a ton of features, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, two wireless charging pads, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, a cooled front armrest console, and a 360-degree camera, along with others.
